1. Where are you located and what port do you ship from?
Our company / factory is located in golden bridge garden, shanjie town, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. We ship the goods from Fuzhou port.
2.How do you normally operate, with agents, or factory direct?

    We have an export agent company have long business relation with us, we book all of the shipping documents under this company name,and all of payment will be wired to this company.

 4. Do you sell to individual, what is your MOQ?
Normally, we conduct business with wholesaler and distributor from all over the world . The MOQ is 50 pieces for big size items and 100 pieces for small size items.

5. How do you quote, EX-Factory or FOB?
We normally quote FOB.
6. What are your terms, in general?
LC at sight or T/T with 30% advance payment.
7. What is your delivery time?
60 days after receiving LC or the 30% deposit.
8. How do you pack the products?
Normally, the product is wrapped with bubble bag or poly bag, then put into inner box and master carton. One piece per carton for big size item, several pieces per carton for small size item. We can also pack our products at customer¡¯s option.
9. How can I see your products?
You can place order with us for sample, visit our showroom in our factory, or visit our booth on the Canton Fair. We exhibit our products on the Canton Fair, twice a year.
10. Do you offer samples?
Yes, But we supply samples at customer¡¯s expenses exclude small item such as photo frame.
11. Do you offer catalogue and price list?
 we can post the CD what copied all of our newest designs to you.
